I am blonde and I have hard water. Which Wellness Actives should I use once a week?

For best results, we recommend alternating your weekly Malibu C® Wellness Actives as both the Blondes Weekly Brightener and the Hard Water Weekly Demineralizer provide benefits for your blonde hair that you shampoo in hard water. Use the Blondes Weekly Brightener one day a week and the Hard Water Weekly Demineralizer one day the next week. If your hair is dry or damaged due to overprocessing of salon chemicals or from exposure to your hard water, we also recommend following your Weekly Wellness Actives with Miracle Repair (in place of your conditioner). The added bonus of Miracle Repair following your Wellness Actives treatment gives your hair a real treat of a Mini Malibu MakeOver®!

When should I use Miracle Repair?

Miracle Repair is recommended in place of your conditioner once a week following your weekly Malibu C® Wellness Actives. This two-step treatment is a fabulous Mini Malibu MakeOver® and especially beneficial for your hair to repair split ends or dry, damaged hair.

Here’s how it works:

Think of the strands of your hair like a road. If the road has potholes in it then it’s damaged and needs repair. To repair the potholes they must be filled in so that the hole is no more and the surface (as well as below the surface) is repaired. Miracle Repair fills in the potholes of your hair – only where your hair needs repair… penetrating deep into your hair shaft (unlike other salon brand conditioners that just coat the hair).

The result: healthy hair with renewed softness, shine and body.

I have hard water, what should I use at home to keep my hair healthy?
